Connections, access and segmentation

We help review how devices and locations connect, then configure the relevant equipment and access rules. Work can address an isolated connectivity problem or a planned network change.

Know what changes will affect

Before changes, we identify the equipment, existing configuration and services that rely on the network. The work should account for how access will be restored if a change interrupts the connection.

Configuration notes and a network diagram can be included as part of an infrastructure documentation project. Hardware, site access and any physical work are discussed when defining the job.
